Talent Community is a database of individuals that have certain set of skills and level of experience in a specific industry. Not everyone who is a part of talent community is looking for a job.

We have developed the most sophisticated online platform that allows for secure, confidential and accurate database of Aviation Talent to be viewed and used as needed by job seekers and employers.

Our innovative platform, used with Google Map integration, as able to display live results of rated and qualified crews and available contract trips. It is open for both pilots and employers to browse and using our internal message system, the connected can be made withing minutes.

Having a large talent community allows us to have a live and accurate market conditions report, including but not limited to salaries, schedules, work conditions, number of pilots looking for jobs, number of employers looking to fill positions. It will be easy to determine which employers offer above industry average conditions, as there will be an actual live average conditions plank.

In the first quarter of 2020, we will roll out the BETA version of the platform, which will be entirely free to use, as we will be making ongoing changes that will help serve you better. At the end of the BETA version, users will have a competitive pricing on monthly or annual subscription basis. Pay per use, will not be available in the upcoming future as we see it right now.
